Come explore this leadership workshop which deals with the ABCs of building and maintaining a unified team. During this session you will look at ways to coach, inspire and encourage team members every day.
The Wooden Way

John Wooden, the legendary former coach of the UCLA Bruins, created a simple but unique representation of success. He constructed the 'pyramid of success' which consists of 15 blocks/skills that helps individuals become a better leader and team player. This session is designed to help you work better within your department plus learn how to apply the concepts to other aspects of your life.
Tackle Team Dysfunction
Finding ways to strengthen teams in an organization can lead to astounding improvement in morale, productivity, and results. Based on Patrick Lencioni's extraordinarily successful leadership fable The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, this workshop will enable you to help your team maximize productivity and get results. This workshop will help any team take steps toward greater cohesiveness and effectiveness.
Teamwork and Diversity: A Successful Collaboration

Using the DiSC assessment tool participants will explore the triumphs and challenges of bringing together a diverse workforce with the hope of designing collaborative work groups. You will learn ways to respect and appreciate each team member's unique skills, abilities and creativity and how they can contribute to the success of the work group.
