Post a job or search through the temporary applicant pool - https://jobs.uncc.edu Provide the Employee Packet ID Card – Will be given instructions from HR, does expires at the end of each work assignment
Complete the Temporary Staff Employment Authorization Request (form PD-17) - visit the HR Forms Page Getting Paid: Web Time Entry Banner ID Number – set up by HR when employee completes their employment packet.  Departments can request in advance by completing a W-9 (Taxpayer Vendor Form)
If you need to hire a temporary Faculty member or fill a position that would an EPA position, go the Academic Services to complete a PD-7 Getting Paid: Mandatory Direct Deposit Parking Sticker – employee will be given instructions from HR.  Prices are set by Parking Services, based on full-time or part-time work status and length of employment.
Please review PIM 08 on guidelines in hiring a temporary employee. Getting Paid: Payroll Info Email set-up - once the employee recieves their Banner ID number (80XXXXXXX), they should follow instructions to activate their NinerNet account
