Graduate Students |

Graduate Assistantships can be obtained through your
academic department, which in most cases are determined,
prior to the start of the semester and/or academic
year. Occasionally, non-academic departments/offices
will place request for Graduate Assistants, and those
opportunities are advertised on the Graduate School
website.
Graduate Assistants are required to follow the same
guidelines for completing the employment packet, as
other students and as outline in your Graduate
Assistantship contract. Failure to complete the
employment packet may result in not receiving your
payment in a timely manner.
Graduate Assistants are not required to complete a time
sheet. Your salary is automatically issued on the 15th
and the last day of the month. If these days fall on a
weekend you will be paid the Friday before the weekend.
