Guidance for Accessing Personnel Information Memorandums

1.     Communication

a.   To improve the communication of guidance information from the Human Resources Department to administrators and supervisors throughout the University, such information will in the future be published as numbered Personnel Information Memorandums.

b.    Guidance information previously disseminated by the Human Resources Department will be reviewed, and where appropriate, updated and republished as numbered memorandums.

2.     Distribution

Personnel Information Memorandums are available online at www.uncc.edu/humanres_is as a resource to consult regarding matters of personnel administration.

I hope our use of numbered memorandums will achieve the improved communication of guidance information that administrators and supervisors have indicated to me that they need.
