Open Enrollment for New Term Life Insurance
Product
Beginning January 15 through February 15, 2008 an
open enrollment period will be held for a new
post-tax term life insurance product administered by
American United Life Insurance Company. All
coverage will be effective March 1, 2008.
Brief
overview of Plan Highlights:
All life insurance up to $200,000 is guaranteed
issued. This means there are no health questions,
during this one-time enrollment period.
Spouse, children and domestic partners are eligible
for coverage
The minimum amount of Life Insurance that can be
purchased is $20,000 and the maximum amount is
$500,000 or five times your annual salary whichever
is less.
Waiver of Premium-
If you are totally disabled and unable to work, your
and your dependents’ premiums are waived! |
